How to Cancel
Membership cancellations cannot be processed through your online account or app. To cancel, you must contact our Membership team directly:

When to Submit Your Request
Your cancellation request must be received before your next automatic payment date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid period.
Before You Cancel — Consider a Pause
If you need a break, you can pause your membership for up to 12 weeks per year at no charge instead of canceling. See How to Pause Your Membership for details.
After Cancellation
- No future charges will be applied
- Your benefits remain active through the end of your current billing cycle
- You're always welcome to rejoin (subject to availability at your location)
