How to Request a Pause

Let us know how long you'd like to pause and we'll take care of the rest.
Pause Details
- Members can pause for up to 12 weeks per year
- No charges during the pause period
- Your membership automatically resumes when the pause ends
- Paused time is added back to your renewal date — you don't lose any days you've paid for
- Must be requested before your next billing cycle to avoid a charge
