Rewards Points

Five Iron Golf's Rewards Points program lets you earn points on purchases and redeem them for simulator time, food, beverages, and merchandise.

What Earns Points

• Simulator sessions paid with credit card, debit card, or cash
• Lessons and instruction
• Food and beverage purchases
• Merchandise

What Does NOT Earn Points

• Purchases made with account credit
• Lesson packages
• Member Benefit Time (MBT) sessions

How to Redeem Points

Points can be redeemed through the Five Iron Golf app or at the location during checkout. Your balance is visible in the app under your account.

Points Not Showing Up?

Points are not awarded immediately — please allow up to 24 hours after your visit before checking your balance.

If points are still missing after 24 hours, make sure:

• The email used at checkout matches the email on your Five Iron account
• You paid with a qualifying payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash)
• You were checked in at the kiosk using the correct email
