Cancellation Policy — Simulator Bookings & Lessons – Five Iron Golf

We require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or modify a reservation without charge. Fees are as follows:

Simulator Bookings

Situation	Fee
Cancelled outside 12 hours	No charge
Cancelled within 12 hours	50% of booking cost
No show	100% of booking cost
Members (late cancel or no show)	$35

Lessons

Situation	Fee
Cancelled outside 12 hours	No charge
Cancelled within 12 hours	50% of lesson cost
No show	100% of lesson cost
Lesson package holders — late cancel (within 12 hours)	$50
Lesson package holders — no show	1 lesson deducted from package

You can cancel or modify your reservation through the Five Iron Golf app, on the website, by calling 1-800-513-5153, or by emailing info@fiveirongolf.com.
