How a Pause Works
- You can pause your membership for up to 12 weeks per year
- No charges during the suspension period
- Your membership automatically resumes after the pause ends
- The paused time is added to your renewal date — you don't lose any days you've paid for

Let us know how long you'd like to pause and we'll handle the rest.
Good to Know
- Pausing must be processed before your next billing cycle to avoid a charge for that month
- Suspensions cannot currently be processed online — please contact us directly
- If you need longer than 12 weeks, you may want to consider canceling and rejoining when you're ready
