What's the difference between a bay reservation and an event?
A bay reservation (up to 2 side-by-side bays) can be booked on our website for groups of 12 and under. An event is contracted through the 5i Events Team — with guaranteed placement, pre-ordered food and drinks, and a dedicated coordinator.
Is outside food or an independent caterer allowed?
Outside food is handled case by case. Our venues offer full onsite catering, but if we can't accommodate a dietary restriction, we do allow exceptions — confirm with your Event Sales Manager.
Can we decorate?
Yes! Just no confetti, no glitter, and nothing tacked into the walls.
How can we make our event extra?
- Upgrade your bar or food package with off-menu items
- Add a golf pro to host games and give tips
- Bring in a third-party vendor like a photo booth or caricature artist
- Work with our team on custom branding throughout the space
- Add multisport simulators — slapshot hockey, breakaway soccer, Bowl-A-Rama, foot golf, disc-go golf, and zombie dodgeball (select locations)
