When you sign up for a league season, your team chooses how you want to schedule your weekly rounds:
- Standing weekly slot — Lock in the same day and time for the whole season (e.g., Tuesdays at 7pm). Your bay is reserved automatically each week.
- Flexible scheduling — Book week by week with your League Coordinator or our Customer Service team.
Each league round comes with a 2-hour simulator reservation. When you arrive, join your round through the Trackman Tournaments tab — all scoring is tracked automatically, no paper scorecards.
Can't make your scheduled time?
- Standing-slot teams: reach out to your League Coordinator or Customer Service to reschedule based on availability.
- Flexible teams: simply book a different time that week.
