Five Iron Golf's refund policy is outlined below. All requests are reviewed in accordance with these guidelines.
What Is Covered
- A membership was charged in error (e.g., a pause or cancellation wasn't processed in time)
- A booking was canceled due to a Five Iron facility issue or closure
- A duplicate charge occurred on your account
What Is Not Covered
- Late cancellation fees (cancellations within 12 hours of a booking)
- No-show fees
- Change of mind after using the service
- Lesson packages (non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions)

Contact our Customer Service team with the following and we'll review your request within 2–3 business days:
- Your full name and email address on file
- The date and location of the visit or charge
- The amount in question and reason for the request
