One of the best perks of a Five Iron membership is included daily hitting time — also called Member Benefit Time (MBT). Here's everything you need to know about MBT and the other benefits included with your membership.

✨ Weekend morning hours (7–9 AM) are a seasonal benefit running through August 30, 2026. Not available at Las Vegas, Shelby, Yukon, Syracuse, or Erie.
Holidays: No MBT on recognized holidays.
LIC (Long Island City) & Logan Square: 60 minutes of MBT per day instead of 90.
How Much Time Do I Get?
Members receive 90 minutes of included hitting per day (60 minutes at LIC and Logan Square). This resets daily.
How to Book Weekend Morning Hours
Book the same way you always do — online or through the Five Iron app. The system will automatically recognize the 7–9 AM window as member benefit time. No special steps or codes needed. Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance.
Do I Need to Reserve a Bay?
Walk-ins during MBT hours are first-come, first-served — no reservation needed. Bay availability cannot be confirmed by phone. Check the Five Iron app or website for real-time availability before heading in.
Can I Bring Guests?
Yes! Members can bring up to 5 guests during their MBT session at no extra cost.
What If I Cancel a Booking the Same Day?
If you cancel a paid or reserved booking on the same day, you cannot use walk-in MBT at that location for the rest of that day.
