Donation Requests — How to Apply

Five Iron Golf is proud to support local communities, charities, and fundraising efforts. If you'd like to request a donation or sponsorship for your event or cause, here's how to apply.

How to Submit a Donation Request

Email our Philanthropy team at philanthropy@fiveirongolf.com with the following information:

• Organization name
• Contact name and email
• Event name and date
• Description of the fundraiser or cause
• Tax ID / 501(c)(3) status (if applicable)
• What you are requesting (gift card, experience, sponsorship, etc.)

What to Expect

Our team reviews all donation requests and will follow up with you directly. Please allow adequate time before your event date when submitting your request.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We do our best to support as many causes as possible.
