Walk-In Policy — Do I Need a Reservation?

We always recommend booking ahead to guarantee your bay — especially on weekends and evenings when we tend to fill up fast. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but we can't guarantee a simulator without a reservation.

Members

Members can walk in and use their Member Benefit Time (MBT) on a first-come, first-served basis during MBT hours (Monday–Friday from open until 4 PM, and Sunday 8 PM until close). If all bays are occupied, you can check with the front desk for availability or book a future time online.

Non-Members

Non-members who walk in will be accommodated based on current availability. We recommend booking online at fiveirongolf.com or through the Five Iron app to lock in your preferred time.
