Starting July 20, 2026, Shelby Township members can use the facility 24/7 — even outside staffed hours. Here's how it works.
Getting in
- Kisi app required — download the Kisi app and set up your account using the setup email from Kisi. The app unlocks the front door.
- No booking needed — walk in anytime during off-hours.
- First come, first served — bays can't be reserved or held for off-hours visits.
Using the simulators
- Sims are ready on arrival — just turn the projector on when you start (press the power button ⏻ once, pointing the remote at the projector) and off when you leave.
- Please limit your group to one simulator bay per visit.
Guests
- Bring up to 2 guests per visit.
- You must be present the whole time — guests can't use the facility without you.
- All guests must sign the waiver before visiting.
Good to know
- Food & beverage service isn't available during off-hours visits.
- Outside alcohol is not permitted — BYOB is strictly prohibited.
- Security cameras are active and monitored during off-hours.
