| Cancelled outside 12 hours | No charge |
| Free fitting — late cancel (within 12 hours) | $35 flat rate |
| Free fitting — no show | $35 flat rate |
| Paid fitting — late cancel (within 12 hours) | 50% of the fitting cost |
| Paid fitting — no show | 100% of the fitting cost |
