Cancellation policy & fees
We require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or modify a lesson without charge.
| Situation | Fee |
|---|---|
| Cancelled outside 12 hours | No charge |
| Cancelled within 12 hours | 50% of lesson cost |
| No show | 100% of lesson cost |
| Package holders — late cancel (within 12 hours) | $50 |
| Package holders — no show | 1 lesson deducted from package |
