After every lesson at Five Iron Golf, your instructor sends a personalized recap to your email — including video highlights, notes, and improvement areas. If yours didn't arrive, act quickly, as lesson data is not stored on-site long term.
Step 1 — Check Your Inbox and Spam
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Lesson recap emails sometimes get filtered. If it's not there, move to the next step.
Step 2 — Reach Out Right Away
Contact your instructor directly or our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can connect you with the right person. Have the following ready:
- Your instructor's name
- Date and time of your lesson
- The correct email address where you'd like the recap sent

Please make sure the email address on your account is correct before and after your lesson. Lesson data is not held indefinitely at our locations, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of getting your recap to you.
