Having trouble with the Five Iron Golf app? Try these steps before reaching out — most issues can be resolved quickly.
1. Make Sure Your App Is Up to Date
Check your App Store or Google Play for any pending updates and install the latest version of the Five Iron Golf app.
2. Check Your Email Address
The email address used in the app must match the email used for your bookings and at the in-club kiosk. If there's a mismatch, your rewards and account info may not sync correctly. Update your email in the app under Account Settings if needed.
3. Rewards Points Not Showing Up?
Points are not awarded immediately — please allow up to 24 hours after your visit before checking your balance.
Points are earned on purchases made with a credit card, debit card, or cash. Points are not awarded for purchases made using account credit or lesson packages.
4. Not Receiving a Verification Email?
If you use Gmail, make sure you're logging in using the "Continue with Google" option — not the email/password option. Using the email login with a Gmail address can prevent the verification link from being sent.
5. Using "Hide My Email"?
If you signed up with Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, your app login, booking email, and rewards email may not match. Contact us and we can help sort it out.
