The Five Iron app is the easiest way to book bays, track your rewards, manage your membership, and access the Green Grass Pass course network.

What You Can Do in the App

• Book and manage simulator reservations
• Schedule and cancel lessons
• Track your Rewards Points balance
• Browse and request Green Grass Pass tee times (GGP members)
• View your membership details and upcoming bookings

Troubleshooting — Common Issues

Rewards Points Not Showing

• Points are not awarded immediately — allow up to 24 hours after a purchase
• Make sure the email in the app matches the email used for your booking and at the in-club kiosk
• Points are only earned on purchases made with a credit card, debit card, or cash — not with account credit or packages

Can't Receive Verification Email (Gmail Users)

If you have a Gmail account, log in using the Google login option in the app rather than the standard email/password option. Using the email portal may prevent the verification link from sending.

"Hide My Email" Enabled (Apple Users)

Apple's "Hide My Email" feature can create a mismatch between your booking email and app login. Disable it or ensure you're using the same email address everywhere.

Green Grass Pass Courses Not Showing

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Look for the Courses tab under the Bookings section. If you're a GGP member and still can't see courses, contact info@fiveirongolf.com.
