Pausing Your Membership
You can pause your membership without canceling and losing your spot.
- Pause for up to 12 weeks per year at no charge
- No billing during the pause period
- Your membership resumes automatically when the pause ends
- Paused time is added to your renewal date — you won't lose days you've paid for
Contract type notes:
- Annual commitment contracts may only be paused up to 4 weeks per year
- Promotional memberships cannot be paused during the promotional period

Canceling Your Membership
Cancellations cannot be processed through your online account or the app. You must contact our Membership team directly.

Please include your full name, email address, phone number, home club, and reason for cancellation. Your request must be received before your next automatic payment date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid period.
Contract type notes:
- Month-to-month plans can be canceled before your next billing date. Memberships are not prorated or refunded.
- Annual commitment contracts are subject to your contract terms. Contact our Membership team for details.
Canceling Bag Storage
To cancel a bag storage service, contact our Membership team at membership@fiveirongolf.com or call 1-800-513-5153.
After Cancellation
- No future charges will be applied
- Your benefits remain active through the end of your current billing cycle
- You're always welcome to rejoin — subject to availability at your location
