Here's the full journey from "we should do this" to party time.
1. Submit your inquiry
Fill out our event inquiry form — a couple of minutes, and it goes straight to the Events Team for your location.
2. Hear from your Event Sales Manager
An Event Sales Manager will reach out to talk through your date, guest count, and options. The Events Team is online Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm ET — if you inquire over the weekend, you'll hear back Monday morning.
3. Lock in your date
- A 50% deposit secures your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 5 business days before your event.
- We accept credit card, check, ACH, and wire (checks, ACH, and wires must clear 5 business days before the event). Cash isn't accepted for event payments.
4. Plan the fun part
Your coordinator will help you build food and beverage packages from our event menu. Private events include a food & beverage minimum, which is met through your pre-ordered selections — your coordinator will walk you through options that fit your budget.
Good to know
- Monday and Tuesday evenings host our golf leagues, so event availability those nights can be limited — always worth asking, though.
