Something not working right mid-tournament? Most issues have a quick fix — here are the most common ones, plus answers to frequent questions.
My tournament isn't showing up on the simulator
- Make sure your Trackman account is linked and that you joined the tournament in the app before signing into the bay PC.
- If you joined after opening Trackman: on the Tournaments menu screen, press SHIFT + F5 at the same time on the keyboard. Your tournament should appear in the Joined section.
- Still not showing? Log out of Trackman on the bay PC and log back in.
I accidentally exited my round early
Open Trackman's Unfinished Rounds to resume where you left off. Heads up: this only works if you were playing solo. Trackman can't currently rejoin a round when multiple people were playing in the same bay.
Where do I check my placement?
In the Five Iron app, open the tournament you're playing and tap Leaderboard. Standings update in real time with every swing, across all locations.
When do I get my winnings?
- Payouts usually arrive in your 5i wallet within 24 hours, and you can transfer instantly from the app.
- Wins over $5,000 (or accounts without an SSN on file) require a manual review step — the tournaments team will contact you by email.
A technical issue affected my round
If a Trackman or app malfunction kept you from completing a tournament as expected, let a staff member at your location know right away — refunds are available when a system issue is confirmed. Include the tournament name and what happened.

- Do I need a membership to play? No — tournaments are open to all Five Iron customers 18 and up.
- Do I need to book in advance? No tee time required. Rent a bay as normal and play your tournament round during your session.
- What's the Hole-in-One Jackpot? Free entry, no promo code. Every shot played adds $1 to the pot. Make a hole-in-one and the whole jackpot is yours — then the pot resets. Re-buys are available.
- Are paid tournaments available everywhere? Most locations offer both free and paid entry, but some markets are free-only. The app shows what's available at your location.
- How are results decided? Results are final as recorded by Trackman, and payouts are processed through the app only.
